ASI can lower the risk of leukemia

Mother's Milk (ASI) is believed to contain antibodies best for the child. Not only that, breastfeeding is believed to have a series of other benefits. In fact, according to one study, children who were breastfed for at least the first six months of life, a lower risk of leukemia than children who are not breastfed.
Of the 18 studies, the researchers found that children who were breastfed during the first six months or more, had a 19% lower risk of leukemia than children who are not breastfed or breastfed for less than six months.
Leukemia in children is actually quite rare. However, the disease is increasing every year.
