Being overweight is unhealthy. Moreover, obesity is susceptible to various diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes. Meanwhile, lean body is considered more healthy. But, in fact, according to research, the slender no means free of the disease.

Conditions remain slim body is what makes them often forget to control the food that enters the body. Because, they feel safe weight is not easy to grow.

The most important is a healthy diet, regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle in order to live a healthy body awake and away from the disease.
