Symptom
Patients usually somber, depressed, sad, or lack of interest in activities. Patients can sometimes sarcastic, nihilistic, easy to complain, tense rigid, and reject therapeutic intervention. Symptoms that follow are changes in appetite and tifur pattern, low self-esteem, loss of energy, decreased sex drive, preokupasi obsession with health problems.
Treatment
Approximately 50 percent of patients experienced symptoms are vague at the age of 25 years. Therefore, the combination of pharmacotherapy and cognitive and behavioral therapy may be the most effective treatment for this disorder
